Each Vanquish Pro rim is made by hand in the U.S.A., right here in Minnesota, and each one goes through multiple layers of quality control. With this level of craftsmanship and the race proven aerodynamic performance of the Vanquish rim profile, the result is truly something special. For HED, that’s saying something, since we have been making world championship winning wheels for more than 35 years. It all begins with our patented rim profiles. Raw carbon is laid up into molds, cured, and finished. Each rim is completely handmade by our team here in Minnesota.

1. For all types of bicycle wheels, a hard strike on the rim is likely to result in rim damage. At the point of impact, an aluminum rim will dent, and a carbon rim may delaminate – both are unsafe conditions that require rim replacement.
2. Tire pressure = 80psi MAX
3. Freehub Note: *Campagnolo requires a longer lockring to safely secure 10/11/12 speed cassettes to N3W freehubs. Cassette dimensions vary, not all Campy cassettes will work with the N3W body on Hed hubs.
