The Vanquish V62 carbon aero wheelset is designed for road racing, time trial, triathlon, and fast performance riding. Its 62mm-deep carbon rim profile delivers aerodynamic efficiency at speed while maintaining predictable handling in changing wind conditions.
A 22.4mm internal rim width supports modern road tires and helps create a stable tire profile for confident cornering, improved comfort, and efficient rolling. The 31.1mm external width is optimized around 28mm tires to create a smooth transition between tire and rim.
The hooked, tubeless-compatible rim can be used with tubeless road tires or traditional clincher tires with inner tubes. This gives riders the flexibility to choose their preferred setup without sacrificing security or serviceability.

HED GP Performance Hubs
HED GP Performance Centerlock hubs are built for reliable power transfer, smooth rotation, and straightforward long-term service.
The front hub uses a 12x100mm thru axle and two sealed EZO Japan 6902RS cartridge bearings. The rear uses a 12x142mm thru axle, four sealed EZO Japan 6902RS bearings, and a four-pawl freehub mechanism with 13-degree engagement.
Freehub options include Shimano HG, SRAM XDR, and Campagnolo-compatible configurations.
Spokes
Each Vanquish V62 wheel is built with 24 Sapim Sprint spokes. Their reinforced center section provides additional lateral stiffness while retaining the fatigue resistance and serviceability of a double-butted spoke.
Every wheel is individually tensioned, dished, trued, and inspected by HED’s wheel-building team in Roseville, Minnesota.
